As General Secretary once again it is my privilege to present the Annual Report for 2009 -2010. I would like to extend
my gratitude to Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire’s MCA Executive whose support has enabled me to hold this most
significant national role for yet another term.

The NBPA Vision

The National Black Police Association (NBPA) will work in the interests of the UK police services and be an integral partner to ensure equitable service for all, and for the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) staff who we represent.
We will also advocate the needs and expectations of BME communities by delivering and supporting strategies and initiatives which have a positive impact on all.
